As a Process Planner, your primary responsibility will be to drive the enhancement of production line efficiency and output. This role involves meticulous time measurement, optimization, documentation review, and proactive suggestions for process improvement. Proficiency in MTM (Methods-Time Measurement), REFA, manufacturing know-how, and office tools is crucial. Strong communication skills in English or German are required. The main responsibilities are: Conduct detailed time measurements for various tasks within the production line. Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and increased efficiency. Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall output. Review and update process documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Actively participate in the identification and implementation of optimization initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall production processes. Apply expertise in MTM and REFA methodologies to analyze and improve work processes.

The ideal candidate has: Proficiency in MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) and REFA methodologies. Solid understanding of Manufacturing processes and best practices.
