As a Process Planner, your primary responsibility will be to drive the enhancement of production line efficiency and output. This role involves meticulous time measurement, optimization, documentation review, and proactive suggestions for process improvement. Proficiency in MTM (Methods-Time Measurement), REFA,  manufacturing know-how, and office tools is crucial. Strong communication skills in English or German are required.


The main responsibilities are:

  • Conduct detailed time measurements for various tasks within the production line.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and increased efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall output.
  • Review and update process documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Actively participate in the identification and implementation of optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall production processes.
  • Apply expertise in MTM and REFA methodologies to analyze and improve work processes.

Profile

The ideal candidate has:

  • Proficiency in MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) and REFA methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of Manufacturing processes and best practices.
  •  Familiarity with standard office tools for documentation and analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
  •  Proven experience in process planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in English or German, both written and verbal

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of 5S methodology for workplace organization.
  • Understanding of Shopfloor management practices.
